Master Pianist Alexander Gavrylyuk

The Master Pianists series at the Main Hall of the Amsterdam Concertgebouw is regarded as one of the best and most prestigious piano series worldwide. Since 1987 Riaskoff Concert Management presents a subscription series of 12 solo recitals plus one or two extra concerts. Beside the elite of well-known world class pianists such as Argerich, Pollini, Perahia, Kissin, Sokolov, Pires, Lang Lang, Volodos, Lupu, Thibaudet, Uchida, Brendel, Zimerman and Barenboim, each season at least one or two new names are presented: mostly young talented pianists, but sometimes remarkable pianists who have been ‘forgotten’, such as the Cuban pianist Jorge Luis Prats, who made his Dutch debut on November 2^nd 2008.
