A reporter's case against the Cleveland Orchestra's parent organization and The Plain Dealer is winding down after two weeks. Reporter Donald Rosenberg's 2008 lawsuit claims the Musical Arts Association interfered with his work and damaged his reputation. It names Richard Bogomolny, Gary Hanson and James Ireland III -- three former or current arts association officers who that year extended conductor Franz Welser-Most's contract through 2018. Rosenberg's attorney Steven Sindell is expected to conclude the plaintiff's case early next week, when the arts association attorneys will begin calling witnesses. Court is not in session on Friday.
